Flevee Eats Terms and Conditions

This page explains our Terms of Service, by using any of Flevee Eats services, you agree and are bound to follow these terms and conditions (Terms of Service). Used in these Terms of Service, “Us”, “Our”, “We” and “Flevee Eats” refer to Flevee Eats Contracting Team while “You” means the Flevee Eats user, i.e individual, business, or corporate using any of our services. If you an individual are using our services on behalf of a business, then to us, you represent the business entity, hence the entity is bound to follow and accept these terms. These Terms of Service are a legal agreement between You and Us.

Flevee Eats is a technology company that helps users order and purchase food from various restaurants through our platform. You order food from the comfort of your location, the restaurant processes your order, and a delivery person picks it up and delivers it to you in the shortest time possible. Hereby, Flevee Eats acts as a mere intermediary between the restaurant and You and hence does not assume the quality of food offered by restaurants.

The delivery personnel are a Network of self-employed professionals who work with us. We however do not have any connection with them on how they run their services. As a result, Flevee Eats cannot be responsible for the amount of time a delivery takes as it will depend on the processing of orders by restaurants, the delivery personnels themselves, and information provided by the user when placing orders.

These current features and new tools that maybe be added to these services will also be subject to the Terms of Service. You should read all of our Terms carefully including our Privacy Policy, Agree and Accept them before you may sign up for a Flevee Eats account or any of Flevee Eats services. By using any of Flevee Eats Services, you are Agreeing to these Terms Of Service as well the Privacy Policy.

Account Registration and Terms

You must be at least 18 years of age to sign up for a Flevee Eats account.

You must provide true and accurate personal information needed during account sign-up. This information includes but is not limited to a name, email address, and phone number. You must keep this information Up to date at all times.

Flevee Eats may reject your application, suspend or terminate your current account for any reason that the account does not meet or comply with our registration requirements.

Flevee Eats will use the email address and phone number you provide for communication from time to time.

You are fully responsible for all activities that run on your account.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure. We will not be liable for any damages or loss that may arise from your failure of keeping your account and password secure.

You agree not to process orders outside Flevee Eats.

You agree not to use robots or any automated means to monitor services running on your account.

Payment Terms

Users can register for the Platform free of charge although this is subject to review by Flevee Eats at any time. Users may have to pay for certain services as stated in this Terms Of Service

You agree to pay for our services, this may include but not limited to cost of the food and delivery charges through the payment methods accepted by us.

You can contact the restaurant for any inquiries and more information about their menu and services, however, you agree not to make any transactions outside Flevee Eats platform to ensure the security of your purchase. Any transactions and contacts made outside Flevee Eats will automatically lead to your account Suspension or Termination. Flevee Eats will also not be held liable for any losses that may arise from any form of transactions made outside our platform.

In the event that there is an issue arising from the purchase of food from Our platform, the buyer should seek information from the specific restaurant.

Flevee Eats will charge the User a service fee for the use of our platform in order to continuously advance and improve our service delivery. The service fee will be paid through our accepted modes of payments.

The User only has to pay for the services though the platform.

The User will have a right to know the approximate service fee before contracting it and paying for it, unless the address for food collection has not been specified by the User

Cancellation Of Orders

The User is aware that once the order has been accepted, the execution of the food order is considered started, therefore, the User cannot cancel or withdraw the service free of charge.

In the case of an incorrect delivery address, a User may enter a new address provided it is within the same distance as the original order. In such case, a User agrees to be charged appropriately according to the new address entered.

Flevee Eats reserves the right to cancel an order on Our sole discretion. In such case, a user is entitled to receive a refund of the amount paid.

Return and Refund

The User understands that there is no Return of food once delivered. Hence Flevee Eats does not accept Return and Refund to the restaurants.

Service Fee Charged

Flevee Eats will charge a fee consisting of different variable fee plu direct or indirect

taxes applicable by law.

We reserve the right to modify the prices based on distance involved and/or time the order is taken.

Service fee charged may vary if there are events above Our control e.g rain etc

The fee will be charged through the modes of payment accepted by us.

Flevee Eats Rights and Responsibility

Flevee Eats reserves a right to suspend and/or terminate your account at any time with or without notice with reasons to our sole discretion. We will however inform you when and why your account is suspended or terminated.

You must maintain respect for our employees, restaurant teams, delivery persons and the entire team as any form of disrespect whether verbal, written or any form of threats will lead to the immediate termination of your account.

We reserve the right to control who we give our services to and can modify them at any time.

We reserve the right to request documentation to confirm account ownership. Documents might include but are not limited to business licenses, Government Identification card photo, and biometrics.

Flevee Eats will not be liable for any service, internet and connection interruptions for any matters beyond Our control.

Flevee Eats will not be liable for any damage that may be caused to the Users hardware or software system due to security errors while using our site.

Indemnity

You hereby indemnify Flevee Eats and its affiliates, our team, employees, suppliers, partners, officers, and directors from and against any costs, damages, claims, investigations, audits, liabilities, and demands of any kind including but not limited to legal and attorney’s fees, made by any party that might be caused by you or your actions of any form while using any of our services directly or indirectly.

You agree to indemnify us from any tax liability that may arise in relation to a purchase made through Flevee Eats, where the liability arises from your failure to pay or register to pay any tax in accordance with the law.

You agree to be solely held responsible if you commit any fraudulent transactions, breach these Terms of Service and Violate any laws of any third party whether intentionally or unintentionally while using Flevee Eats Services.

Limitations of Liability and Damages

Flevee Eats will not be liable to any person for any direct, indirect, accidental or intentional loss or damages that might arise from including but not limited to contract, warranty or negligence of any nature whatsoever.

You understand and agree that you will not bring any personal claim to any of our employees

Flevee Eats will not check food sent through orders on Our platform.

Flevee Eats is not liable for damages of any kind that may arise from the illegal use of Our platform by a User.

Security

We do not in any way or form accept buyers to make transactions to the restaurant out of Our marketplace to ensure the security of your purchase. We encourage you to notify us with valid proof through our “Contact Us” if you suspect any form of fraudulence from a restaurant.

Copyright and Trademark Infringement

You agree not to use Flevee Eats trademarks or commit any infringement in any form whether registered or unregistered.

You agree not to use any variations or misspellings of the word Flevee Eats as this will be an infringement.

You agree to respect the intellectual property rights of Flevee Eats, failure to do so will lead to the Suspension or Termination of your account.

General Conditions
